Connecting to Cure Crohn's and Colitis, founded in 2011 by Stacy Dylan, whose son Lowell was diagnosed with Crohn's Disease when he was 2 years old. C to C has raised almost three million dollars for IBD research.

The proceeds of our efforts benefit The Susan and Leonard Feinstein IBD Clinical Center at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York, the Inflammatory Bowel Disease Program at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, The Inflammatory Bowel Disease Program at The Mayo Clinic, The Painted Turtle Camp in Lake Hughes, California which is a summer camp for kids with IBD, and families struggling with costs related to their child's IBD at Children's Hospital Los Angeles. (CHLA).

We fund research that impacts the lifecycle of the disease, and endeavors to gain a better understanding of why the disease develops in children and adults. We are also committed to research that focuses on prevention strategies, especially in high-risk individuals.

We are a proud sponsor of the Painted Turtle camp in Lake Hughes, California for kids and teens, ages 7 to 16, with IBD. Campers and their families attend free of charge. We also offer monthly support groups and other programs, for caregivers, family members and anyone involved in the care of an IBD patient.
